Front staff was very nice and helpful.
Could hear conversations in the hallways from rooms.

The staff was friendly and answered any question that we had. Our stay was very close to the falls and the casino. We would definitely stay there again if we make the trip again!

Did not have restaurant or dining facilities although have some good ones across the street.

Place was clean and comfortable. Walking distance from major attractions. Price was affordable for my budget. Just what I needed. Hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful.

The jacuzzi was the best part of the room.
The air conditioner did not work, the maintenance men were unable to fix the problem, parking was not free.

The hotel was ok for a person who is just using it to sleep at night and thats it.

Hotel was okay but staff unfriendly and extra charges for everything! Asked for assistance and they were not interested.

Friendly.
The room and location thought it was closer to the falls.

Over all the hotel was good and clean but about 15 minutes walk to the falls and other locations.

The location was excellent for Niagara Falls.
We had to walk 1 block to access a swimming pool (the hotel's pool was out for maintenance).

For the price this hotel is excellent.
